Hello lovelies! My name is Jocelyn.  I'm a born and raised midwestern girl, and mighty proud of it!  I've bounced around between a few different occupations over the last several years--from healthcare to corporate girlie--but right now, you can catch me as the friendly neighborhood bartender.  When I'm not nose deep in work-- I'm a gal who loves traveling, exploring, animals, health and fitness, and the people in my life.

I've also got a pretty intense passion for mental health advocacy.  Full disclosure: I've had my own fair share of experience with depression, anxiety, and eating disorders--but you can read more about that if you so choose outside of my intro.

You're also going to see a lot on here from my adventure pup, Letty.  She is a rescue mutt who joined my life in December of 2016.  We've both got our issues but we only mean the best for everyone we encounter.

Fall of 2023, Letty and I also added a 3rd adventure buddy to our pack.  Rawley!  Letty and I crossed paths with Rawley in an incredible twist of fate on one of our cross country road trips.  Safe to say, true love always finds you when you're not out looking for it!
